Purpose

These terms cover the use of alexderda.com, published by Alexandre Derda (legal notice). Using the site means accepting them.

Access

The site is free and open to all, with no account to create. It may be interrupted for maintenance, a host failure or an update, without notice.

What you may do

Read the pages, share a link, write through the form or by email, quote a passage while naming the source and the address of the site.

What you may not do

Copy or reuse the design, texts, code, images or frames without written permission. Scrape the site with an automated tool. Use the form for cold outreach, bulk sending or unlawful content. Try to reach anything that is not public.

The sites shown

The featured work opens inside a frame or in a new tab. Its content belongs to its owners and changes without me: I am not answerable for what is found there after it goes live.

Prices and work

The three packages show a starting point, “from”. The firm price, the scope, the deadline, the payment terms and the transfer of rights are set in the signed quote, which acts as the contract.

No order is placed on this site and no payment is taken here. A message sent through the form binds neither you nor me.

Liability

The site is provided as is. Its content is kept up to date with care, without a guarantee of accuracy at every moment. I am not answerable for indirect damage tied to the use of the site, nor for downtime coming from the host or from your connection.

What happens to your data is described in the privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, an amicable solution is sought first, by email to alex@alexderda.com. Failing an agreement, the French courts have jurisdiction.
